Playing media player file

Hello,

hope somebody can help, i am trying to play a windows media player file and
when i play it i only get the sound but get no pictures???????

please help

I don't know if you mean the album art! if it is this you can right click on
the song or file when it is on the library and click fing album info and
follow the procedures. later it will automaticly will display the album art.

thanks, but it is a file of a tv show that i downloaded
