Does anyone know the best way to play an mpeg in powerpoint?

If I were trying to do that, the first place I would go is to the Help
section in PowerPoint. I would search on mpeg and I'll bet there would be a
lot of information there. The next thing I would try is Google. I would
search on "mpeg in PowerPoint" and I know there would be loads more
information there.
