So switch them. If the old one plays the games, make that the offline system
and the new one the online system.
It's either that or one of these alternatives:
a) (easier) see if there are upgrades or patches available from the game
distributors so they are compliant with Vista. You can download them from
the connected machine and put them on a thumb drive to transfer to the new,
offline machine.
b) (more complex) if you have an extra license for XP, use it to install a
virtual machine on the Vista machine and run games from there.
