Please answer my question!

Everytime we start windows we receive a message (in Swedish) something wrong
has been detected.... and then there are 2 options: to send further to you,
the wrong part, or just to ignore it.

We had to signed up to be able to mail you.

We are waiting for your answer, pls do tell us what we can do to avoid that
message. Thank you!

I think what you are seeing are crashes being reported by what is
known as the Error Reporting Tool (aka ERT). Ref KB276550

Unfortunately the article does not make clear that the most common
reason for these crashes is interference from third-party programs.
And these days the most common class of those is malware,
including spyware.
