Please Help asap Service Pack 2

i downloaded the service pack 2 yesterday and after i
installed it i was prompted to restart my computer, after
i did and since then my computer restarts continously,
now microsofts "support" page on this doesnt do me a
pinch of good because my computer will not even boot in
safe mode. please help
