Please help, can't get Windows Live contacts to sync.

Hi,

I have a touch pro and have WM 6.1.

I noticed that all my contacts show up in my pocket pc's contacts program.
SOme don't sync with outlook. I just realized that these contacts that
don't sync are all windows live contacts. Afterhours of searching I finally
came across the option in the menu to "Copy To" | "To Contacts".
However, after doing this, it won't sync the new contact with outlook. WHat
do I do?

Could someone help me with this? Contacts that I change from Windows Live
