Please help... DNS missing? Connected but not working?!

Hello =)
My problem is that it shows on my computer that I am connected to m
Internet but I can't use anything that requires Internet. When
Diagnose and Repair it tells me that I am missing DNS? Now because I a
not a wiz at computers, I have no idea what that is or how to fix it
Please help me out!

So there's my problem... we have 5 laptops (including mine) in my hous

Your DNS settings look fine, and those servers can be pinged, so are online.

Right click the Command Prompt icon and Run as Administrator.

Then type:

ipconfig /flushdns

I'm not sure that will help though, as I'm sure that the Diagnose and Repair
wizard would have already tried that. Try this one too:

ipconfig /registerdns

ss.

maybe you have a virus, be sure to update the definitions of your AV software
and run a scan

Click Star
In the search box type CMD and hit ente
type

ipconfig /flushdn

then typ

ipconfig /registerdn

Wait a few minutes and reboot the PC. It may or may not work

Does this link work?

http://74.125.45.100/


Do other browsers work? Try Firefox, Opera or Google Chrome, if you are
trying with IE7 only at the moment.
