Please help Error 0xC80003FB

I re-installed windows 2000 Professional now the update will not work. It
tells me it is activated and automatic is turned on. I have already tried a
few things that people have helped me with but to no avail. ANY help would
be greatly appreciated.

The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are
trying to view. The options provided below might help you solve the problem.

cannot find file or path wuauclt /detectnow
