Hi Everyone...
I have Windows Live Hotmail & Windows Messenger, when I am doing work on the
computer I used to have an alert that would tell me if I received a e-mail
from my hotmail account, but now I do not receive these alerts I have to keep
checking my hotmail account to see if I got mail (Pain in the Bum) I have
checked ALL boxes off but they still don't work. The only alert I have is
when some one is online. Please help me.

Which version of Messenger?
In 8.5 & Version 2009 (Build 14.0):
Tools - Options - Alerts and Sounds - "Display alerts when e-mail is received"
