It may have restarted because of an update? Be sure all your
drivers are up to date... video, sound, any network, and
especially hard drive drivers and utilities. As I said, all
drivers.

Some more detail would help, does it always quit after 2 hours? Is it a
new machine that came with Vista or did you install Vista yourself?

After your computer restarts, where is it "stuck"? That is, what are you
seeing? Describe what's going on as best as you can.

What specific error messages do you get? What do your system event logs
report? What specific troubleshooting steps have you already taken, and
what were the results of each?
