Please help: Multiple BSOD out of the blue

I've been using my system for about a year without any problems
whatsoever. Suddenly, as of yesterday, every time I try to run a random
program I get a blue screen. It seems like every time the processor or
the RAM is stressed I get a sudden blue screen that stays on for a
millisecond (no dump file created) and then restart. I haven't changed
anything in software / hardware in a while, and the inside of the box
isn't that dusty. I haven't o/c ed my PC. Ever. Here are my system specs

OS Vista Ultimate x64
CPU Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 (s775/2.4GHz)
Motherboard Abit IP35Pro
Memory Crucial Ram 2x2GB DDR2 800
Graphics Card(s) Nvidia 8800 GT
Sound Card N/A
Monitor(s) Displays LG W2600HP-BF
Hard Drives Western Digital 150 GB Raptor-X (10000rpm, 16MB, SATA),
Western Digital 500GB (7200rpm, 16MB Cache, SATA 2)
Here's the message I get from Event Viewer:
The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
archlp
ASPI32
BTHidMgr

*-* *System*

Any help would be really appreciated....

Since the errors are random, you probably have some hardware failure. It
doesn't matter if the computer is relatively new. I would start
troubleshooting with the RAM and then the hard drive.

Testing hardware failures often involves swapping out suspected parts with
known-good parts. If you can't do the testing yourself and/or are
uncomfortable opening your computer, take the machine to a professional
computer repair shop (not your local equivalent of
BigComputerStore/GeekSquad). If possible, have all your data backed up
before you take the machine into a shop.

Hi, gorbeast.

That sounds sadly familiar. :>(

My computer had similar symptoms last Summer. (EPoX mobo/AMD 64 X2 5000+/4
GB OCZ PC6400 RAM - all new in 12/06, except for the last two 1 GB sticks
added a year later) I'm no techie but I've been building my own computers
(one at a time) for a couple of decades, but my case hadn't been opened in
months. I opened it, blew out the dust, checked everything I could, even
ran some RAM tests. No clues as to why it continued to randomly
blue-screen. So I took it to a local shop run by a guy that I've known for
over 15 years and trust. After overnight tests, he replaced the fans and
that seemed to fix the problem - for a day or two. Then it started again,
so I took it back to the shop.

After another overnight session, Casey told me that the RAM passed all
tests, but when he put that 4th stick in, he got blue screens. So I have
been running fine with just 3 GB RAM for abut 6 months. OCZ gave me an RMA
and had me send back TWO sticks, since the tech said they needed to test
them as a matched pair. I mailed the 2 sticks about 9 days ago and don't
have anything back yet. So now I'm running with 2 GB, which is plenty most
of the time. Before sending the RAM, I tried them in my computer again and,
again, when that 4th stick was added, I got random BSODs.

I hope you have better results than I did. While delaying the fix, I lost
some files on my hard drives because of RAM glitches. :>( I had not really
suspected RAM since it passed the tests and the first 2 GB had been running
for 18 months and the second 2 sticks for over 6 months.
