Please help with XP SP-2 install

ssI tried to install sp-2 from the CD. It succefully copied all the files to
my drive.
It hangs after that.

I tried to install from Online I got the error code "80246005"
I will do nothing else until I get some help. I did uninstall my aniti
virus "Norton Anitivrus" because I was having so much trouble with the
firewall.

Some log files you can check for any clues or error messages for the
service pack installation:

%windir%\Svcpack.log
%windir%\setupapi.log

(%windir% is typically C:\Windows)
