As a much easier step, it would be awesome if you STOP BREAKING MY SHORTCUTS
every time a new version is installed.
I'm not sure what advantages the weird GUID-based shortcuts give over just
using the file path to the executable, but every time I put Messenger on a
new machine I have to recreate the shortcuts based on the file path because
if I just copy the default shortcut (say, to reorg my start menu or copy it
to the Quick Launch bar), it breaks next time I upgrade.
