Please suggest to get Vista Updated as Updates are not being insta

Hello,
I am facing a problem that since feb 16th I update my Vista & following were
availble;
KB 938371
KB 937287
KB943411
KB943899

These patches have been downloaded but till today these couldnt be installed
& I found no new Updates, once computer reboot, massage appears that being
updated & its now a standrad since Feb 16th this year.
Now I have a 'iPhone' and iTunes is again not being installed to syncro with
windows
Please suggest what should I do?
