Pls. help!Unable to install Update " HP LaserJet 1320 series (DOT4

Hi,

Windows Update (Hardware) offered this update, since my HP Laserjet 1320does
not print all of a sudden.
I tried to install this update yeserday with the Result: Error Code:
0x800703F2

Today I went again to Windows Update but the HP updates no longer appear.
Looking at the update history it shows the 2 failed installations.

I still cannot print, urgent help is needed.

Go to the HP site <http://www.hp.com/> to download and install the latest HP
drivers for your printer.

I cannot figure out where to find the latest HP drivers -- I am totally
confused and really need help. I also have 3 failed installations.

and which Updates
