Plus SuperPack for WindowsXP

I bought Microsoft Plus Superpack for WindowsXP 2 months ago, I can get
everything but WHAT I bought it for, the Screensaver, everything is set and
it will come on for preview but will not show up on my computer when I am
away for awhile, I have tried everything, even buying an update, which they
refunded and said it would not work with it anyway, can you help me.

Another consideration is that perhaps you have some task running in the
background which prevents the screensaver from staying on.
