Pocket PC gets confused! "Forgets" about email and files - other stuff "OK"

My Pocket PC running Windows Mobile 2003, and Outlook 2003 gets confused.
When I put it in the cradle the PPC is recognized and partnership is
authenticated. Everything sync normally, with the exception of e-mail and
files. Each time it asks if I want to add, replace, or sync with what's
already on the PPC. This is new behavior. It was perfect for many months,
and now just started to do this (last week to 10 days). It's just
frustrating and time consuming. I've tried replacing, merging, etc. but if
I remove the device from the cradle, and then put it back in the cradle all
is well except for e-mail and files. Any ideas? -- Thanks for all help in

Hi Tom,

Try recreating a partnership ---

1. Disconnect the PPC from the computer.
2. In Activesync -> File -> Delete Partnership.
3. Connect the device and follow the onscreen instructions to setup a new
partnership.
