Point Clients to WSUS Server

We seem to have everything configured properly, updates are working on a
scheduled basis, but I was curious to know how I can configure the client
workstations to point to their respective WSUS servers when a manual
WindowsUpdate is initiated? Right now, if its down, it goes out to the
Microsoft Servers.
