poolmon.exe for Windows Server 2008 64-bit

I'm trying to find out if poolmon.exe is available for Windows Server
2008 64-bit and if so, where I can find it. If not, was it replaced with
something of equivalent functionality?

In this case neither google and msdn answered my questions, so I'm hoping
the usenet comes to the rescue.
