I am taking a test in my computer, and the requirements say that my computer
is not ready because I need to turn off my pop up blocker.

Where or how do I turn these off?

I use Vista Ultimate and have Office 2007, Internet Explorer 8.

Please advise.

Thanks in advance.

I went to Options, Pop Up Blocker and set it to High but still the program
is telling me that these need to be disables, so there might have to be
another place where this also has to be done. Please advise.

Of course, High is the *opposite* of Off (or Disabled).
