POP UP

I keep getting this pop up..........and don't know how to get rid of it.
Have tried updates and still can't solve it.
"Lifeupdate Engine COM Module has encountered a problem & needs to close.
Sorry for the inconvenience." Can anyone help me?????

It's prolly "LiveUpdate" and there may be a problem with your installed
Norton application. Contact Symantec Support.
