Greetings,
Just to quickly isolate why this is happening, open up the Task Manager by right-clicking on
the taskbar and choosing Task Manager (or pres Ctrl-Shift-Esc), and then click the Processes
tab.
Are you seeing msnmsgr.exe running or msmsgs.exe (or both)?
