pop3 server stmp server

i am trying to set up my email account that i have with orange broadband and
cant send or recieve emails because i have an error message saying that my
pop3 and stmp/smpt? server cannot be located or the port is wrong

Check out the settings on this page, if you have any problem please get back
to this thread, and please post any full error messages that you receive.
The settings are described as for Outlook Express, WM setup is the same.

Look at your ISP's website. They will have complete instructions there
for setting up your email. Instructions for Outlook Express will work.

Ask Orange what the settings should be. They probably have the information
on a Web page.
If everything is correct, what are the exact error messages?
