popup blocker location

I'm new to Vista. Where can I enter sites or URL's etc. that are OK and
that are presently being blocked by the 'blocker'. For example the blocker
catches Yahoo! Mail each time it is used. I have not installed a separate
'blocker' program.

In Internet Explorer: Tools menu > Internet Options > Pop-up Blocker >
Pop-up blocker settings. Add the sites you wish to allow to the list.
