i have a problem with my mp3 , i connect the mp3 to the usb cable and plug
the usb cable in. after that a pop-up appears i click the one to sync it
then i go into My Computer and click the name of my device then it opens a
folder saying SD/MMC card(which i dont have) or audio im not sure of which
one to click so i try both , it says i have no songs on my mp3 when i no i
have over 100! my question is how do i put songs onto my mp3, what file do i
click and any necessary procedures i need to go through(please include steps
to these procedures) and how do i see what songs i have on my mp3

You might want to post this in a more appropriate Vista newsgroup relating
to your issue:

Did you read the manual or HELP-file which came with your MP3 player?
Did you install the software first?
