Portable podcatcher

Hi,

I'm looking for a portable podcatcher fÃ¼r Windows Vista. The tool should
be able to download/update Podcasts automatically to my USB MP3 player.
Any hints which tool to take? I was looking in Google but could not find
any appropriate tool.
