AT&T internet server new outgoing and ingoing email ports 465 and 995 d
not work with Windows Mail Vista 64-bit OS. Need to change from ol
ports 25 and 110. Does anyone know how to fix

Everyone, including you, knows how to change the Ports used, all that you
need to do is copy & paste the error message that you get when sending etc
fails?

Yes, the specific error messages would be most useful . . . . . a wild guess
would be that you now need to turn on -or- off the SSL . . . . .

It probably isn't you or your computer. AT&T's mail server was
acting up for a while yesterday and perhaps the day before also.
If this is a longstanding problem, post the complete error
messages you get with ports 465 and 995.
