I think it would be very nice, like skype or yahoo messenger, to have the
possibility to buy a phone number in different country. It's very useful for
people who move or travel a lot (student studying abroad, people working
abroad)

It would work with a voicemail and the possibility to forward the calls on a
phone.

Another good feature would be to have the choice between different providers
when we want to call a "real" phone. For now it's Verizon, but why not
vonage, or other provider all around the world.

I know a lot of messenger user are teenagers and just think about wizz and
smileys. But these teens become older (it what happens to me) and still want
to keep in touch with their friends.

It would be very nice WLM become a full "communication center", with instant
messenging, video and audio call, voicemail, phone number, ...

I still use skype for the phone number. but I would really love to use only
one software, who is integreated with my e-mail (I use hotmail), my adress
book, ...

Hi,

Just to add AIM has AIM Phoneline too. It's amazing that this hasn't done, since everyone
else has and Microsoft owns several technologies (and former companies) which could make it
happen.
