Is it possible to download Windows Update on CD?

Hello,

I want to know if it is possible to download all the Windows Updates on CD
for computers without Internet connection?

This would be very interessting for Win98, WinME, WinXP.
I would be very glad if you can give me a link if a Windows Update CD does
exist.
