Is it possible to eliminate redundancy?

I would like to know if it is possible to eliminate (or turn off) the
redundant "are you sure you want to move this file to the recycle bin"
box? That extra click on the yes button really irritates me! I could
always just restore it from the recycle bin if I make a mistake and
accidentally delete something.

Hold down "Shift" as you delete, to bypass the Bin.

Certainly. Simply Right-click Recycle Bin, Select "Properties," and
remove the check mark from the "Display delete confirmation dialog."
