Here's my problem. Mobile 5.0 sync with Exchange is only displaying numbers
for Business, Home, and Mobile. My Outlook uses a convention of Business,
Home, Mobile, and Primary, where Primary is a duplicate of one of other
three and is the client's preferred phone for me to use when I call. Trouble
is, when I sync to my phone (Samsung Blackjack Smartphone) it only displays
fields for Biz, Home and Mobile, and I don't know which is the primary. Is
there a way to change Mobile 5.0 to use the phone fields of my choice? In
other words, can I get Primary to show up in Mobile 5.0?

Hi Robert,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to map a different phone field. Third
party software like Intellisync - http://www.sync.com/is_desktop_main.html
give you the ability to map a different field to one of the fields supported
by the device.

Thank you, Raj. I'll contact them to see how this works and if it's an
acceptable solution for us. I may also contact you for some consulting.
Thanks again.
