Possible Win update fix for Win ME users

I also had the win update failure message. Checked the time and security
settings, they all were ok, but when I enabled automatic updates it showed a
wizard as if I turned on auto upadtes for the first time. After the setup I
went to the update site and it worked. I got my updates!! Yehh

)
