Can somebody check their registry for the following entry. Would appreciate
a follow up as I think this may be corruption in IE 6 access to windows
update.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr enVersion\Internet
Settings\Users Agent\Post Platform.

I have two entries of Post Platform each having different entries. Should
there be two?????????????.

Hi;

You may have additional info there if your proxy or firewall Admin has
modified the computer so you can be recognized. Without that
client-specific information you may not be able to browse.

If you are certain the above does not apply to you, then see this article:
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;836943

If you have 2 firewalls running, turn off one of them.
