Posting reply final window won't show

i am using Vista home edition and when recently posting replies on either
microsoft or windows discussion groups.....after i post my reply and window
thanks me for my reply and confirms my email, when i hit continue the next
window flashes briefly and then closes so i don't have time to check, send
copy to my email???

You are having difficulties because you are using the dreadful web
interface to these groups. The solution is to use a real newsreader,
which is very easy to set up. See below:

Since you are using the web interface, you may not realize that this is
really a newsgroup. You will get far more out of this resource if you
learn to use a newsreader. There are many good newsreaders for Windows,
but you can use Outlook Express (XP) or Windows Mail (Vista) since you
