Power loss during update

I was going through the update process and succesfully downloaded my updates.
However, I entirely lost power after about 25% of the installation portion.
My update history shows that the updates not installed were catergorized as
UNSUCCESSFUL. I've run the installation process many times since with the
unsuccesful updates redetected. I then provide the command to download these
again and the message comes back listing the updates as unsuccessful.

They're already downloaded, how can I install them successfully? What's
going on?
