Power Management and Windows Update

If power management settings are set for the machine to go into standby after
30 minutes of inactivity then what would happen if windows updates were being
done?

Example:
System is in standby mode and is sent a Wake On Lan packet to wake up during
the night around 12:30am. Windows then pushes out the updates from a SUS
server @ 12:45am.

What will happen? Does the 30 minutes of inactivity occur after the updates
are done or does it occur after the wake on lan?

Thank you in advance!
