Hi,
Is there a way I can make Vista Power Off automatically after 3 hours ?

Of course just change the power options to shutdown after whatever you like
of inactivity
Start .. Control Panel ... Power Options ... Change Plan Settings ... Change
Advanced Power Settings.... Sleep then select either Sleep or Hibernate
after a set period of time. (hibernate is as good as powered off as it is
as fully shutdown state)./
