power options missing in vista x64

the power options in the control panel is missing
i've tried searching and found 1 similar thread that led me to chec
with "sfc /scannow"

i got 1 corrupted powercpl.dl
tried searching on the net, and found 1 copy, got it replaced, but i
doesn't seem to solve my problem..

any tips
or is there any difference between 32bit and 64bit powercpl.dll
