File types need to be 'associated' with some application that
understands them. In this case Power Point.
Begin by look in Control Panel, Default Programs, then click on
Associate a file type or protocol with a program. Wait the for list to
build, then scroll down and see if you have anything listed for .pps.
If not you need to install an application that understands that type.
You should be able to find a free viewer for Power Point on Microsoft
site.
When you receive an attachment from email the attachment should be
sent to some folder that you told it to your email program. Example
for me, it is download. Once you find it, just double click on the
file and that should open it if you followed the above advice.
