Powerpoint Update Failed

My client has an application server running Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2. I
recently attempted to install an update that failed and I cannot locate a
good way to troubleshoot the problem. I have copied the entry in the Event
Log here.

I would appreciate some advise as to how to troubleshoot this problem.
