Powertoy - Resizing Photos

Downloaded the powertoy, it works OK in office PC but not in home PC. It
installs and you do get option to create resized file, but then nothing
happens, nothing is created. I tried rebooting and reinstalling. Nada.

And this has what to do with issues with Windows Updates ?
