Hi,

A ppt, or powerpoint, file requires that you have either the PowerPoint
application installed, or at least a reader. It is not a natively supported
file type. For the reader, see:

PPT application? Office Powerpoint?

Run POwerpoint from the Start -> Program and in Powerpoint, do a file ->
Open and open the PPT file...?

If you can't find the file you want, press Winkey+s to open up the search
dialog and search from there.
