No. The 32-bit and 64-bit versions have to be on separate DVDs because of
differences in hardware driver support, not because of licensing. Each disk
includes multiple versions (Home..., Ultimate), but we can't boot into
32-bit and install any 64-bit operating system from that desktop.
Vista Ultimate comes with two DVD-ROMs in one package with one Product Key.
The owner can use the one PK with either the 32-bit or the 64-bit disk.
Versions other than Ultimate come with a single DVD; if the buyer wants both
bit-versions, he must order the second disk separately.
