Premission Denied

Hello.Im running Vista Home Premium 64bit.When Im start to downloading
any file by download manager software,give me error"Premission Denied
Plz Check firewall setting,..."
i have added this program to exceptions list of windows
firewall,already and Im running Kaspersky Anti Virus 2010 on my viao
laptop.I connect to the internet via cable modem
Please help me,thanks...

Im running Internet Download Manager 5.17.Other Programs such as Google
Earth and Mass Downloader have not access to internet,too.thanks...

1.) Include the message of the sender you are replying to. Know how to do
that ? Click the message you are going to reply, click REPLY ALL.
2.) Why do you need 3rd party " download manager " to download programs ?
What type of programs require that ?

They are very handy when downloading lots of files at the same time.
VERY handy.
