Try this : Go to Start, Settings, Control Panel, Internet Options. Click
the Advanced tab. Under Browsing uncheck the boxes next to :
Automatically check for for IE updates
Enable Install on Demand ( IE )
Enable Install on Demand ( Other )
Click Apply, then OK. If this does not stop the prompt, advise you to
Enable hidden files and folders :

further assistance, download Hijack This. Create a folder on the
