"preparing to Install error" while in Explorer

I keep getting the Preparing to Install box when I browse the web.. Like
every page it starts, then stops.. any idea what this is and how to fix it?

Try this : Go to Start, Settings, Control Panel, Internet Options. Click
the Advanced tab. Under Browsing uncheck the boxes next to :

Automatically check for for IE updates
Enable Install on Demand ( IE )
Enable Install on Demand ( Other )

Click Apply, then OK. If this does not stop the prompt, advise you to

further assistance, download Hijack This. Create a folder on the
<root drive>, usually C:\, and name it HijackThis. Move hijackthis.exe

STRONGLY advise you against using Hijack This to remove anything unless
you know EXACTLY what you're doing. Post the log to a forum that
specializes in interperting them. Read each forum's guidelines prior to
