preparing to install windows update but does not install

Hi
*just disable all the anti-virus and firewall and then try to instal
the updates. This worked when i tried on my computer.... should work 4
as well....
*If it does keep us informed....

You'll need to give a bit more information than that if you want help to fix
it, like what update on what OS and what happens when you try.
