Preparing for Smart Card Authentication setup problem

Hello,

I want to setup smart card authentication for a particular OU. I
have Certificate Authority installed on DC server 2008 now I should
follow by creating a smart card enrollment station but when I am trying
to request a new user certificate from the mmc snap in I do not have the
option to select Enrollment Agent certificate template. I am currently
logged in to the same DC server 2008 with the Administrator Account.

Active Directory Enrollment policy is all I have under configured by
your Administrator
