Prevent Specific Windows Update from being Installed

I have a specific Windows Update that is crashing my computer. How may I
prevent that one, and only that one from automatically being installed?

Which update is causing the problem?

I think if you ask for Automatic Updates for your permission to install, you
can uncheck the ones you don't want. At one point it should ask you if you
want it to show up ever again.
