Prevent users from downloading KB912945?

It was recommended that I ask this question over here so here it goes:

Is there a way to prevent users from downloading the KB912945 update through
group policy or anything else? I know there is a way to stop all downloads
from Windows Update but did not know if there was a way to disable a specific
one. We use Siebel CRM software at our workplace and this update makes in
nearly useless, and it is going to be a pain to apply the Compatibility Patch
to about 100 different workstations at 2 different sites.
