Prevent users to unselect updates (even admins)

Hello!
I'm searching for a solution to forbid any users (both user and admins) to
unselect provided updates.
We have round about 5000 clients with WSUS 2.0. The most of them (i think
round about 75%) are admins. Unfortunately we don't have AD in use.
But i can remember that with SUS there was the possibilty to provent users
to unselect any updates (via registry).
Is there anyone who knows this registrykey for WSUS 2.0?
